By submitting this application, I (the Applicant) certify that all information provided is true, complete, and submitted for the purpose of obtaining financing for a home improvement project from Be Home Remodeling, Inc. or its lending partners.

I authorize Be Home Remodeling and any lender or financial institution it works with to obtain consumer credit reports, verify employment, banking, income, and other financial information, and share this information among themselves for the purpose of evaluating this application — pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681b).

I understand my Social Security Number and date of birth are required to perform a credit check and that this information will be transmitted over a secure (TLS-encrypted) connection and stored encrypted at rest. Access to this information within Be Home Remodeling is restricted, audit-logged, and limited to staff with a legitimate business need.
